Ahead of the Easter season, the Union of Baking Centers organized a series of professional presentations in Poltava and Kropyvnytskyi, dedicated to modern Easter cake production technologies, decoration trends, and solutions for achieving consistent, high-quality results in professional bakeries and pastry operations.
