The Union of Baking Centers recently hosted a practical master class dedicated to modern Swiss rolls and current pastry trends. The event was led by Oleksandr Trofimenkov, Ambassador of IRCA and the Union of Baking Centers, who shared his expertise, professional techniques, and technological insights with participants.
