Artem Kinash Masterclass in Kremenchuk: Modern Techniques, Classic Flavors, and Author’s Vision
On October 31, a pastry masterclass by renowned chef Artem Kinash took place in Kremenchuk, bringing together professionals and confectionery enthusiasts from across Ukraine.
The program combined hands-on practice, innovative techniques, and creative inspiration.
Participants worked on cakes, stollens, and themed desserts, exploring various doughs, mousses, ganaches, glazes, and decoration methods.
Special attention was given to blending classic flavors with modern approaches and working with premium professional ingredients.
During the class, participants used:
🍫 IRCA chocolate and marzipan
🍊 Cesarin candied fruits
🍓 Ravifruit fruit purées — brands that set the global standard for pastry excellence.
