On April 29–30, 2026, Lviv hosted one of the most significant events for hospitality industry professionals — PRO HoReCa EXPO & Summit 2026. The exhibition brought together representatives of hotels, restaurants, cafés, food manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts from across Ukraine.

This year, the Union of Baking Centers (UBC) participated as the General Partner of the event, reaffirming its position as a reliable partner for the HoReCa sector and food production industry.

A Platform for Networking and New Opportunities

Over the course of two days, the UBC stand became a vibrant meeting point for professionals, partners, and industry leaders. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the company’s product portfolio, learn about innovative solutions for bakeries, pastry shops, food manufacturers, restaurants, and hotels, and receive expert consultations from the UBC team.

Special attention was drawn to premium ingredients and professional solutions from leading European manufacturers, officially represented by the Union of Baking Centers in Ukraine.

During the exhibition, UBC showcased a wide range of products for professional use, including ingredients for bakery and pastry production, gelato solutions, fruit purées, chocolate, flour, sauces, seasonings, and many other products tailored to the needs of the HoReCa sector.

The event also provided an excellent opportunity to discuss current market challenges, industry trends, and future cooperation opportunities in today’s dynamic business environment.
